Letzthin habe ich irgendwo gelesen das jemand nicht über Burgunder schreibt,weil schon soviel darüber geschrieben wird.
Einfach nicht deutschsprachig.Hat mich ein bisschen ratlos gemacht.
Weil genau das ist ja der Punkt.
Ich persönlich wüsste auf Anhieb nicht eine einzige deutschsprachige Seite die sich dem Thema ausführlicher widmen würde.
Schweizer und Österreichische Weine sieht es ja noch viel finsterer aus.
Deutsche Weine hätte man ja das Gefühl es gäbe vieles,aber wenn man alle Comercials weglässt sieht es auch nicht mehr so beeindruckend aus.

So, as with every vintage, the two questions that take precedence over everything else always are: Should I buy the wines and if so, how much? As I observed at the very beginning of the 2013 vintage summary, the best 2013s are wonderfully refreshing, energetic and transparent medium-bodied wines that possess solid but not aggressive acidities and firm but not hard tannic spines. They are balanced wines built for medium-term aging yet should be reasonably approachable young if youthful fruit is your preference. .....

What to Buy in 2013:
As I observed above, wine quality for the Côte de Nuits 2013s is variable and careful selection is the key to reliably obtaining fine examples. As has been the case in every vintage in the last 10 years with the exception of 2005 and 2009, wine quality is becoming more and more consistent as result of the applied rigor and competence of the grower and less and less about the particular characteristics of the vintage. This is not to say that Mother Nature is still not the dominant factor but how well the grower manages the vicissitudes that she throws at them is more important than ever.......
